I wish I could take credit for this recipe, but I stumbled across it here. It’s the bomb. It’s super crazy easy, and delicious. Not only will you never buy those cazillion (yes, that’s a word) ingredient long listed store tortillas again, but you’ll wonder why you waited so long to make these.
